Gilgai Farms is located in Central West New South Wales, and supplies a range of healthy and nutritious quality Grass Fed Beef and Sheep meats.

Gilgai Beef and Lamb is grass fed. The health benefits of grass fed meat are enormous when compared to grain fed meats. Our produce is Hormone Free, Steroid Free and Anti Biotic Free. We believe that our produce has more taste, better texture and is more tender because our livestock are raised, nurtured and handled through a stress free farming system.
