Our butcher cuts and packages the meat according to our very strict guidelines. All beef carcasses are ‘boned out’ as we do not sell bones.
NOTE
**We may not always have animals ready for slaughter because of seasonal variables, but at date of order we will let you know the expected delay. **
We do not process animals that are not our own.
We do not process animals that do not pass our strict criteria:
• in the paddock
• at slaughter
• final meat inspection
**It will ALWAYS be FRESH to you. **
